Rates & Policies
Rates, payment and cancellation information, and general policies for the Main House and Cottage:
Reservations: Rooms in the Main House require a 2 night minimum stay, while the Cottage rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Call or email to schedule your stay. Confirmations can be made by email at your request.
Payments: We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. Payment is due, in full, upon arrival.
Cancellation: We hold a credit card number to reserve your reservation. For Rooms: If less than 14 days notice is given, guests will be responsible for the total cost of the stay, unless we are able to re-book the room. For the Cottage: 45 days notice is required.
Check-in: Between 3PM-8PM. We ask that guests checking-in later than 8PM call ahead.
Check-out: Before 10:30AM.
Age Policy: Rooms in the Main House are appropriate for children over the age of 14.
Room Occupancy: All Guest Rooms are double occupancy. The Cottage has maximum of 4.
We are a NON SMOKING facility. There is a $200 housekeeping fee if smoking has occurred in the Main House or Cottage. Please inquire about our designated outside smoking area.
We do not have a liquor license and cannot serve liquor to, or for, guests. Guests are welcome to supply their own alcohol (BYOB). Please drink responsibly.
